Enroll in a Class

There are 3 ways to enroll in a Safety Class at Ascension. 

You will need your WI DNR Customer ID number. This can be found on your hunting or fishing license. You can obtain a DNR Customer ID Number by calling WI DNR Customer Service at 1-888-936-7463 between 7 AM and 10 PM daily.

1. Click on the link above to sign up for a DNR Safety Course at Ascension Mercy Hospital or Ascension St. Elizabeth Hospital. 

Complete the form and class information will be emailed to you as soon as possible. Make sure your email address is correct. 

2. You can e-mail the instructors to sign up for a class. We will need the DNR customer ID number and date of birth for each person signing up. 

3. Click Here to Enroll in a recreational safety class on GoWild

You will need to log into your GoWild account and then select the course type (Boat or Snowmobile) and county. Search for classes in either Outagamie or Winnebago County and choose the class at Ascension Mercy Hospital or Ascension St. E's Hospital. Click on the black triangle under details for more class information. Then click on Enroll. You will need to access or create your GoWild account. (Note: Combined ATV/Snowmobile class are listed under Snowmobile on GoWild.)
